The tyranny of the "shoulds"

Will you join me in a campaign against the tyranny of the "shoulds"??? Just think about it, is your life off track because you are overwhelmed by all the things you think you "should" do, be, feel... and you quite honestly don't?  Are you beating yourself up because of your own unrealistic expectations to who you are in relation to who you believe you "should" be...

I know I'm really in crisis over this... looking at all the "shoulds" that I'm driving myself crazy with... and now... I've decided to make a dedicated effort to become aware of and let go of as many of the "shoulds" as possible.... And just love me for being me.... I wonder if it's possible! What about you? What's your experience...? Would you like to share it with me??? I'd appreciate it!

The shoulds can be sufficating. At times I really almost get eaten up by them but then I just kind of wake up.
I put everything aside and just chill. Sometimes I even call myself sick from work 1 or 2 days and spend them with me, watching movies, taking a cup of coffee or just walking in nature.
It´s so important to just allow yourself the freedom of just beeing. All the shoulds doesn´t really exist, they are put there by us and by society. So to realese yourself from the power of shoulds is also to liberate the soul and the full potential of yourself.

I believe there is no such thing like "power of should". Instead I would call it everyones "personal power". A man who lives impeccably, a man with great personal power, takes every "should" as a challenge. A man without knowledge takes "shoulds" as a persecution.
