Heart energy

It's the heart energy we want. That special feeling of softness around the heart - when we're not trying so hard anymore to impress anyone or be a success or make money or look good. When we're just resting in the miracle of being and staying centered in our hearts. When this happens, the miracle happens. We meet people and we are friends. We don't even have to try. It's just the way of it. That connection. From heart to heart. Yes, I know what you are talking about but HOW do you get there when you feel bad and blue and nothing seems worth nothing anymore? I know a lot (if not to say "all") about how is RIGHT but I have no idea how to get out of that dark hole where I seem to fall at times. I don't understand that.
