This is for me meditation
Here's a nice one for you... I call it my "this is for me meditation"...
1) Put your hand on your heart.
2) Take a deep breath and relax.
3) Decide you are going to be here for you right now.
4) Breathe into that decision and feel yourself being there for you. Feel your very own heart - your pain, your sorrow, your beauty, your joy, your uniqueness. Feel you...
5) Now just be with yourself for a little while - with loving kindness.
